HUD's Real Estate Assessment Center conducts physical property inspections of properties that are owned, insured or subsidized by HUD, including public housing and multifamily assisted housing. About 20,000 such inspections are conducted each year to ensure that assisted families have housing that is decent, safe, sanitary and in good repair. This page provides a full historical view of the results of those inspections; the results represent the inspections conducted from 2008 through 2010. More historical data (2001 - 2009) can be found at http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/topics/physical_inspection_scores/public_housing_property_physical_inspection_data.

A number of historical records did not successfully migrate during the City's transition to LAMA, a new data management system for land use regulation, in 2012. This dataset gives information on hearings from cases held before that transition. This is not an exhaustive list of all cases, and it contains some records that did migrate successfully, causing duplicates between this dataset and the dataset "CE All Hearings." That data can be found at: https://data.nola.gov/dataset/CE-All-Hearings/44ct-56tr.
